Accountabilities
Key activities Expected results
Order Processing Collect, control and process orders from A to Z, ensure that they are scheduled, delivered and invoiced as requested and keep all service logs up to date.
Correct, timely and efficient processing of orders within the
required specifications as well as continuity in relations and
processes.
Sales Support
Support Account Managers in the preparation of field visits, manage resulting actions.
Effective support is provided to Account Managers in the execution of their activities.
Technical Registration &
Data Management
Coordinate activities related to technical registrations, follow up KPI’s (suggest/take corrective actions if necessary) and
ensure the collection, centralization and management of Group Master data.
Efficient execution of technical registrations, information/data are centralized, easily available, correct and up-to-date.
Requests & Complaints
Collect, log, track and ensure resolution of customer requests, complaints, problems and questions and dispatch
these to appropriate internal parties if needed.
Customer questions and complaints are tackled and customer service levels are maintained.
Administration &
Reporting
Prepare and administer documentation related to the daily work; maintain all customer records; report and communicate
relevant qualitative and quantitative information to management and colleagues.
Administration processes and systems run efficiently and effectively; information and data enable internal/external
stakeholders to adjust activities and make decisions.
Requirements
Previous Customer Service experience
SAP knowledge
Bi-lingual a huge plus
